Renting a studio
Renting a studio is a simple process with all contracts being for a minimum of six months.
All rents quoted are fully inclusive and and will include:
- Ground Rent
- Communial Electricity
- Basic Personal Electricity
- Water Rates
- Use of Internet (where installed)
- Garbage Disposal
A 5 week deposit is payable on all studios.
In order to be placed on our waiting list you will need to fill out the registration form below and send it back to us either by e mail or post to the address given in the contact us section.
We will arrange a viewing and then contact you when a vacancy becomes available.
