Apologies for the lateness in this newsletter, but we have a studio space that had been taken by an artist on our waiting list; and who has now dropped out at the last minute. So ......................!

The studio space is available from the 1st April and is a Self-Contained space and is ready to go as is. There is no furniture provide within the space.

The cost of the studio will be £255.00 PCM fixed Until April 2016. The size is Approx 145 Sq/Ft and can be viewed through the link below:-

The studios at Forest Hill are in an old Victorian Ind Est, which are gated and locked out of normal office hours. Access to the studios is 24/7
and they are push bike friendly. There is also a car park! Viewings will be possible this week on Thursday 27th all day up until 3pm. For other times please email your interest and times that you might be able to visit and we will do our best to try and accommodate you.
