The studio space (G4) is available from the 1st July and is a Self-Contained space and is ready to go as is. The studio (G4) is located on the ground floor.
The studio benefits 100amp / 3Phase power
Air Extraction
30amp ring main
The studio can be shared.
The studio has NO natural light, but has Daylight bulbs fitted as standard.
There is no running water in the studio, but it is very close to the main kitchen area.
The studio has double door access
The studio would not be suitable for sound based artists.
There is no furniture provided within the studio.
There is free off street parking except between the hours of Midday until 14.00hrs Monday to Friday

The studios at Loughborough Junction are in 2 large interconnected Railway Arches. Access to the studios is 24/7 and they are push bike friendly. Viewings will be possible on a first come first served basis, however, due to the short notice of occupation, please email your interest and times that you might be able to visit and we will do our best to try and accommodate you.
