Hi everybody just a quick newsletter update to say that I have been inundated in the responses to view the Studios and due to the number of artists who have expressed an interest I am no longer able to process any more emails from potential artists wishing to view the studios.
So I thank you all for taking the time to have read the newsletters and I will keep you updated on the open day event for those artists wishing to see Studios for future reference.

Apologies for the lateness in this newsletter, but we have 2 studio spaces available, one for immediate occupation and the other from the 1st of July. So ......................!
The studio space F3 is available now and F10 from the 1st of July both studios are on the first floor are Self-Contained and have great natural light. Studio F3 has a large east facing window whilst F10 a west facing Window, both have Daylight bulbs fitted as standard. There is no furniture provided within the studio and the studio would not suit sound based artists.All Studios have their own independent Meter and internal fuse board
The cost of the studio will be £295.00 PCM fixed Until July 2020. The sizes are Approx 145 Sq/Ft and it is possible to share.

£5.00 Communal Electricity
Refuse
Recycling
Water Rates
Business Rates
Wi-Fi 2.4 & 5.0 350 Mbps Download and 30 Mbps Upload (dependent on proximity).

The studios at Forest Hill are in an old Victorian Ind Est, which is gated and locked out of normal office hours. Access to the studios is 24/7
and they are push bike friendly. There is also a car park! Viewings will be possible on a first come first served basis, however, due to the short notice of occupation, please email your interest and times that you might be able to visit and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Viewings will be available from this Thursday 13th June from 9am.
