November Newsletter

Dear all,

Welcome to Whirled Cinema's November newsletter.

Firstly, a big thank you for all your support over the past 12 months. 2011 has been a great year, full of great cinema and great attendances, we hope you've enjoyed the programme.

After weeks of work we're proud to launch our re-vamped, fit for the 21st C, Whirled Cinema website. We hope you like the new look, please click here to explore Whirled 2.0.

Our autumn season is drawing to a close and the last few titles are now in place. First up this week is Asghar Farhadi's multi award winning Iranian drama A Separation. To follow; Terrence Malick's mad and magnificent Tree of Life and James 'Man On Wire' Marsh's monkey film, Project Nim.

Whirled cinema will be breaking for Christmas on December 17th. We kick off the Winter/Spring season with Pedro Almodovar's The Skin I Live In on January 5th.

Whirled Cinema membership makes for a great Christmas gift, especially as it now comes with a limited edition Whirled's Your Oyster card holder. Email cinema@whirledart for details.

Lastly, you may have noticed a few new faces in team Whirled of late. Rob, Mike and Lee, though very much still around are trying to spend less time behind the bar. Ollie is now your host most evenings, accompanied by Dani, Jackie, Elle and TV's Patrick Henningson, our resident mixologist and political commentator.

Thanks, and see you soon.
