Apologies for the lateness in this newsletter, but we have a studio space that had been taken by an artist on our waiting list; and who has now dropped out at the last minute. So ......................!

The studio space (F10) is available from the 1st August and is a Self-Contained space and is ready to go as is. The studio (F10) is located on the first floor has great natural light with a large west facing window and has Daylight bulbs fitted as standard. There is no furniture provided within the studio and the studio would not suit sound based artists or artists needing large upload/download capabilities.There is no possibility of providing water to the studio, however the toilets are close by.

The cost of the studio will be £280.00 PCM fixed Until July 2018. The size is Approx 145 Sq/Ft and can be viewed through the link below:-

The studios at Forest Hill are in an old Victorian Ind Est, which is gated and locked out of normal office hours. Access to the studios is 24/7
and they are push bike friendly. There is also a car park! Viewings will be possible on a first come first served basis, however, due to the short notice of occupation, please email your interest and times that you might be able to visit and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Viewings will be available from this Monday 31st July from 9am.
