We currently have a vacancy at the Forest Hill site the studio is Self-Contained and has great natural light. Studio F8 has a large west facing window and has Daylight tubes fitted as standard. There is no furniture provided within the studio and the studio would not suit sound based artists. All Studios have their own independent Meter and internal fuse board. The Ceiling height is 3m so has possible storage high up .

The cost of the studio will be £295.00 PCM fixed Until Jan 2022.

The size is Approx 145 Sq/Ft and it is possible to share and includes:-

The studios are alarmed for both Fire and Intruder. There is also a car park!

The studios at Forest Hill are in an old Victorian Ind Est, which is gated and locked out of normal office hours. Access to the studios is 24/7
and they are push bike friendly. Viewings will be possible on a first come first served basis.

The studios have all been independently rate assessed by the Valuation Office Agency and are eligible for 100% business rate relief. Help can be provided in completing the business rate relief application online if required.
