Renting a studio is a simple process with all contracts being for a minimum of six months.
A months rent and a deposit of 125% of the rent are payable in advance on all studios.
All rents quoted are fully inclusive and will include:
- Ground Rent
- Communial Electricity
- Basic Personal Electricity
- Water Rates
- Waste Disposal
- Wi fi
